Plant Based Nutrition is about eating what is good, not only for your body, but also what is best for the environment and all sentient creatures. A warrior’s practice is not relegated just to the meditation cushion, the yoga mat, or the workout floor, but encompasses one of the most important activities we engage in everyday.

We also encourage you to bring your mindfulness practice into your diet and create what we call, an inside-out approach to healthy eating. Rather than doing what some external program tells you to do, simply listen to your body and feel what is right for it.

Lastly, we encourage a mostly plant based diet, filled with lots of micro-nutrients and living enzymes which will restore and maintain a healthy weight and condition in your body/mind.

So fill your day with healthy, real food and keep it simple!
