WARRIOR’S VIEW

In order to live differently, you will have to think differently. As Einstein put it, “You cannot solve a problem at the same level of thinking which created it.” To become a Life Warrior you will have to educate yourself and train your mind to view the world in a different way.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Life Warriors have a calm mind and live in the present moment. We realize that stress is the biggest hindrance to a healthy mind and lifestyle. By calming the mind and training our human brain/neo-cortex, we are able to gain more control over our lives.

YOGA TRAINING

Life Warriors live in balance in all aspects of being. We utilize yoga rather than static stretching to re-balance the body. Static stretching isolates specific muscles while ignoring the important stabilizers and antagonist muscles of our kinetic chain.

FULL BODY TRAINING

Life Warriors have real strength in body, mind, and spirit. We use basic tools and just our own body weight to create the maximum benefit out of our movement. We don’t even need shoes!

PLANT BASED NUTRITION

Life Warriors adopt a plant based diet that is healthier for themselves as well as healthier for the planet. As Micheal Pollan puts it, “Eat real food, mostly plants.”
