In 2007 I received my Life Coaching Certification and I’ve studied yoga for over 10 years. Along with studying in India for 6 months, I’ve also obtained my 1,000 hour yoga certification and I am recognized by the National Yoga Board.
Furthermore, I am a vegan chef who has published a cookbook, working on a second, and who has also run two plant based restaurants in New York City. To say the least, health, yoga, and fitness are my lifetime passions.
